WHEN FITNESS CAME INTO MY LIVE;
The first time I got in touch with fitness was during my internship at the army, I can’t say it was love at first sight. I gave it another shot when I started working as a fitness instructor after my journey to Africa. Weight training was a way for me to get rid of my energy despite of all my injuries. I learned a lot by trial and error about training and nutrition. I want to save you this journey, I made many bad choices that gave my body and mind unnecessary damage. Still figuring out what I wanted in life I needed a change and quit my job.
Pushing myself out of my comfort zone I decide to travel to Australia, after 1 year backpacking I signed myself up for a bodybuilding competition in Melbourne. I trained for 6 months and found my passion, I love competing! I stopped doing that because people made negative comments about my fanaticism as an competitor when I was younger.
