I came to Femke in dire physical condition. Having gained a lot of weight and being generally completely out of shape, I was not only terrified to go back to the gym, but also ashamed to have to start from such a low point. In the beginning I wasn’t sure if fitness would be the right sport for me. I tried it before and never felt comfortable with the machines. Femke really listened to my needs and made a plan that worked for me. A lot of challenging bootcamp-  and high speed excersises. She pushed me out of my comfortzone, I tried many new excercises. Normally I would refuse trying, but femke kept it simple and her positive energy kept me motivated.

Femke Bouwmeester is een trainer die goed luistert en je op een duidelijke manier vertelt hoe samen met jou je doelen in de sportschool te bereiken. In de sportschool zelf ervaar ik haar als een goede leermeester en coach; vol overgave weet ze je daarbij te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren. Femke trained me while I was recovering from an serieus ankle injury.
I was not aloud to use my ankle, but still wanted to shape up and exercise. Femke was innovative with making a training schedule to target my whole body without the use of my ankle, even legs! Besides that she give tips about my food in combination with me being a vegetarian, to see even more results. Femke was very patience, but pushed me when necessary. This resulted in a thight butt, visible abs an supertoned arms.
